By accessing the Site or viewing the film Let Them Be Naked (owned by Prophetik LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or disclaimers posted on this Site.

Your use of this Site, including registration to stream the film, participation in the Impact Kit program, or any related offerings, constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Streaming Rights & Restrictions

The film Let Them Be Naked is owned by Prophetik LLC and is available exclusively for personal streaming access from May 8 to May 11, 2025. No ownership or download rights are conveyed to the viewer.

You agree not to:

• Download, screen record, replicate, copy, or distribute the film in any form;
• Re-upload or broadcast the film, either privately or publicly;
• Use the content for commercial or educational purposes without express written consent from Prophetik LLC and/or Earth Conscious Life.

Impact Kit Content

All materials provided within the Let Them Be Naked Impact Kit are the intellectual property of Earth Conscious Life or Prophetik. These materials may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written authorization. Content within the Impact Kit may evolve over time as new data or research emerges, and Earth Conscious Life reserves the right to update or modify materials without prior notice.

2. User Registration & Communication

By registering to view the free screening, you voluntarily provide your name and/or email address. You are not obligated to purchase anything and may unsubscribe at any time from our communications. Any purchases made are subject to the terms below.

3. Refund Policy

If you purchase the Let Them Be Naked Impact Kit, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

• After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.
• Requests must be submitted to our support team at [email protected] within the refund period.

4. Informational Use Only – No Medical Advice

All content provided through this Site, the film, or the Impact Kit is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising from your use of this Site or our materials shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Flathead County, MT, following an informal dispute resolution attempt.

8. Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive any rights to bring claims as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

9. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
